Our mission is to provide a fun-filled experience while teaching the skills, rules, strategy and discipline of wrestling and encourage good sportsmanship, self-confidence and physical fitness.  We strive to build character by offering a positive experience, regardless of individual ability, stressing skill development and a positive attitude regardless of winning or losing.  We promise to assist wrestlers in developing a reaching a personal goal. Every wrestler may have a different goal - for some it is to win a national championship and for others it may be to come to practice. Regardless of each wrestlers ambitions, we strive to help them work towards their goal.

Stillwater wrestling currently covers all wrestlers pre-K thru 12th grade.  We have programs that span from beginner levels to advanced training.  In season and out, Stillwater wrestling offers something for its athletes.  

The folkstyle season starts in November for youth, middle school and high school age wrestlers.  Freestlye and Greco-Roman are a combined group that starts in March.  

Our summer intensive series is designed to make you a better athlete overall and thus a better wrestler.  Advanced training and technique classes are offered throughout the year.
